How to Delete Your Local Data Instantly

All viewing history, recent channels, and custom playback preferences are saved exclusively on your local device storage:

  1. Open your phone's Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps or Application Manager.
  3. Select XPlayer from the list.
  4. Tap Storage & Cache.
  5. Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.

This immediately purges all playback history, channel cache, and local preferences permanently.

Server-Side Diagnostic Data Deletion

If you have interacted with our support team or submitted crash diagnostics and wish to request complete deletion of any associated network logs or identifiers:

Send an email to support@xplayer.io with the subject line "Data Deletion Request - XPlayer". Requests are processed within 48 business hours.
